Winter and Spring Student Athletes

Starting next Wednesday September 9th all off season athletes will have the opportunity to train 3 days per week. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4PM-530PM)

All training sessions are facilitated by Coach Dan Inglis. Coach Inglis is the Director of Sports Performance at the Ohio State University. Coach Inglis has spent time as performance coach at various levels including NCAA DI and the NFL.

  • Student athletes will be asked to follow strict cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Student athletes will wash their hands prior to and at the conclusion of  each work out a
  • Students athletes will be wear a mask in the weightroom
  • When training occurs outside. Students can remove their mask.
